Jacksonville residents...?

regarding construction on butler/9A. i saw the exit to gate is going to be closed for a month. so what happen to the detour to get from 9A south to JTB east? gate is very soon the detour, but if they close it..

There has to be a provision of alternative route ...purely closing the exit gate won't solve the problem till the whole operation is complete.i don't devise they will just leave the issue just like that minus taking the reality into account.
