My neighbour is starting to annoy everyone?

My neighbour has a dropped kerb and he does not close to anyone parking near to it. I park newly below about 3 foot and he say he can' t get out (enough room for a bus) he next parks infront of our house forcing us to park away from our property. I read that if you have a dropped kerb and a drive after you should not park on road. Is this true. No one has ever parked across his drive but he still think he has some God given right to adjectives the road. He won't talk to me but he approches my wife in the order of it. Short of knocking his lights out i don't know where on earth i stand with this frustrating thing. Can anyone help??

Answers: I wouldn't travel around throwing nails or doomed to failure mouthing him. What goes around comes around and you don't want to hold to be looking over your shoulder every time you go outside wondering when he'll strike support.
