hi there i be wondering if anyone knows if by rights one of the 3 past its sell-by date street parking bays for a 3 flat house would belong to me as a tennant of one of the flats. i enjoy just moved surrounded by and all 3 parking bay are full all the time and i enjoy a car and the flat be advertised for rent next to off street parking. strange interview i know but im just wondering what my rights are beforehand i go knock on doors.

If not give the name the owner and ask which is yours. Once you find out ask the owner what you should be about the saloon that is parked here. Chances are they will ask the person to move it, and if it isn't moved tow it away.
