Why dont the goverments bring back fuel ration to help let go energy and the ozone. It would tight-fisted cleaner air to breath smaller quantity traffic.

That will be why a JUMBO JET take off every second from this country taking morons away to burn within the sun for a week, before bringing them spinal column. If they want to have an impact they should ration air-travel NOT motor fuel!! So there is no serious argument here (and I haven't even get started on coal and gas power stations)!
Those of us that do not have buses/trains/trams etc etc endorsement even five miles from our homes every day (let alone hour) rely on cars for transport very soon that ALL of our services have be 'rationalised' into enormous centre serving thousands of people from miles and miles around!
We presently need to travel everywhere for hospitals, supermarkets, school and in reality.....just going on for everything! If they rationed motor fuel, How would we live, and how would your food etc be deliver?
Na, lets ration nouns travel, at least later, those of us with no interest within travel could sell our ration to those that 'HAVE' to travel 1000's of miles to obtain skin cancer!
Traffic would reduce if they be more careful whom they issued licence to and only issued licence to drive cars under 1000cc to everybody (regardless of wealth) except proffessional drivers (after another test).
And regard air pollution and cars, how come cars pollute so much when they hold had expensive catalysts contained by the exhaust since the early 90's that are supposed to completely verbs up the exhaust emissions!
