Supervising Driver?

I have recently moved to Australia and enjoy no previous driving experience. I have taken a few driving lessons and am competent to drive now.But to get the P's it is a requirement to do 120 hrs, lamentably I dont know anyone in this country who could help me do that. And its too expensive if adjectives the hours are done at the instructors rate.
Any suggestions?? I live in western suburbs of Sydney.
