I took my car to the contractor for servicing and was given a rental, on the means of access home i run a intersection and i think i saw a flash, so what i have need of to know is am i clear since that isnt my car but enterprise? or when enterprise receives camera ticket by correspondence they see the date and track it to me and i get caught and want to pay? anybody? gratitude.
Answers: They will bill you for the ticket if they are sent one and it shows the date of your rental. Read the full rental contract. Most all contracts state adjectives tickets/infractions must be covered by the renter/driver. Any additional coverage similar to the LDW or Liability or other extra coverage do NOT cover tickets. Just think of it this method, if you borrowed a friends car and a cop give you a speeding ticket, you (the driver) get the ticket. The same hold true contained by this situation...sorry.
