The seats be comfortable enough, and roomier than airplane chairs, but they could have used a appropriate steam-cleaning. The bathroom always smelled impossible, either from cleaning products or from bio-odors.
She reports that using detectable headphones and keeping her proboscis in a book increased the possibility that people would basically leave her alone.
Occasionally somebody sleazy would hit on her. She say that what worked for me in my youth still works--when a childlike woman is having a problem near a male passenger, the creature who deals beside it most effectively isn't the driver but any passenger in military clothing.

I've only traveled a couple of times this road. It was not too doomed to failure at all. It can be annoying within that you stop a lot, so it can run a while to get where on earth you are going, unless you happen to bring back on an "express". I would not advise against it.
