What do you construe of the thought of a 2 tier (Graduated) license system?

Laws governing speed were made decades ago. Cars today can stop from 80 mph better than cars made later could stop at 60 mph. I am not saying exchange the speed limit everwhere. But surrounded by certain prevalent highways, enjoy a lane dedicated to a graduate license, like how some lane are made for car pools.

These lane can only be colonized by those possessing a graduated license. A license granted after 2 years of full license driving, another trial to determine that the driver is in reality capable of driving 20 mph faster. And a audition to determine that the car is nontoxic to travel and stop at that speed. This is similar to what Germany has.

Do you suppose this can be implemented and is it a obedient idea?

This come up because since 24 hours ago, in Ontario, if you travel 50 km/h faster than the posted hinder you will get your coup¨¦ impounded for a week, and a suspended license. Their target are street racers, but so far they're not catching street racers.

Answers:    It seems close to a good notion but I really don't see the point. There's no sense in validate people who drive brisk. The reason speeding is prohibited is because when near is an accident, the desecrate will be a lot worse. No one is unflawed, and there is bound to be an happenstance sooner or later even if you solely let "good" drivers contained by.
