i been using bp premium gas for olden times couple months but was wondering what u focus is better bp or shell?
Answers: Gas is gas. Any mechanic can tell you that within is no advantage to using one company's gas over another. They adjectives have ample cleaning agents. In fact, it is not unheard of for some gas stations to buy their gas from a competitor's wholesaler. The stuff you pump near BP is pretty much the same as what Shell have. Which is probably the same stuff as the discount places. BP and Shell plug well ample to make you ponder there is a difference.
And as for using premium gas, the with the sole purpose reason to do specifically if you owner's manual call (for high preformance cars) for it or your engine is knock (usually happens to elder cars). Otherwise, you are just wasting money.
Shell is part of the pack of the Top Tier gas program so Shell may be better but I would they are pretty much the same.
