6-2pm ( all the old folks tend to work this )
2-10pm ( which i currenty do and aversion ) also known as a graveyard shift hahaha!
10pm-6am ( but thats no life at adjectives ) also known as a gold diggers shift for sum strange drive
which do u think is best for me?
Now my motorbike is off the road I enjoy to cycle which sucks ***!

I have worked all three shift pattern and they each have their own pro's and con's.
6-2(earlies) I don't hold a problem getting up in the mornings so this shift suited me best, I had the rest of the year free!
2-10(lates) good if you prefer a morning 'lay-in'! - but I found it tied the day up a bit and you can't get hold of involved with other projects!
10-6(nights) quiet, smaller amount hassle and usually premium payment!
Most companies rotate the two day shifts on a weekly argument though.
The best is what suits you ??
I currently work a continental shift pattern ( 2 x 12 hr days, followed by 2 x 12hr nights and 4 days off) it might appear strange but I wouldn't go back to the older shift patterns.
