Who here drives a Hearse? Just curious. If you do, do you have it pimped out? Do relatives stare at you while driving? What is it like? Thanks!
Answers: I own a 1970 Cadillac-Superior Sovereign 3-way landaulet. I've have it for over 8 years and have enjoy everything about it...except the gas mileage. 10-12 mpg! When I drive it to work (which used to be daily) I'd own to fill up every 3 days. With gas at US$3.62 (I own to run it on premium) it's too expensive to drive it all the time.
It is terribly fun to own though...especially around Halloween! And yes I do get looks, thumbs up, blown kisses, and once-in-a-while the finger.

People would drive up subsequent to me and just stare at me beside the strangest look in their eye... kindof approaching "wow, I am now looking at a fundamentally disturbed person." I didn't "pimp" it out much, I did supply a actual size replica of a human skull to the front though, and I had a few sweet phish bumper stickers. It get keyed adjectives of the time though so I got frustrated and eventually sold it.
