JUST because it's drizzling outside, doesn't mean you slow other general public down. If you are afraid to drive in the precipitation, GET OFF THE EFFIN' ROAD!! I had to go past TWO cars tonight because they were going ridiculously slow on the highway. I plead guilty I broke the law and passed one vehicle on a double lane road, but they be going DOWNHILL between 35-40 mph in a 55 mph zone ON THE HIGHWAY! It be straight and clear 'cept for a little sprinkle. People from Florida that hold visited California know what I'm chitchat about. Californians ruminate that sprinkling is raining! Crazy Californians. I may be Californian, but I don't drive as slow as old general public write checks! C'mon! It's only sprinkling! Find that gas pedal, grandpa!

second - it is NOT unlawful to drive slow. If it is a multi lane road they need to stay surrounded by the right lane I agree.
third and most important - in that may be a reason they are driving slow. (besides anyone bad drivers) Last time I have kidney stones and was taken to the Hospital, I swear I feel every pebble the tires rode over. Rain or drizzle may or may not have be the reason they where on earth driving slow.
