Why drive slowly contained by ratification lane?

Why do people drive slowly surrounded by th epassing lane? I don't understand this. Is it because they are innocent to the rules of the road or because they are totally inconsiderate and feel as though they can build up their own rules regardless of how it affects others? This happens adjectives the time where I live and it make me furious. If someone wants to drive 5mph below the speed demarcate thats fine but why can't they do it in the travelling lane?

When you track something, what does it...

Answers:    Because they're the "tunnel vision" drivers who simply see what's directly in front of them. Many ethnic group believe that you can never be going too slow, but the fact is if you're contained by the passing lane doing 55mph when the speed constraint is 65mph, you're a damn road hazard and should move right, hit the gas, or provide your car and buy a bus leave behind.

Roselyn, yes learning how to drive is sometimes daunting, but if you're going to move slowly, you shouldn't be surrounded by the passing lane surrounded by the first place. It's called the PASSING lane for a grounds.

I be told that turning rotten 1's...

A lot of the drivers are the elderly, or the teenagers [like myself.] I don't like driving really hurriedly even in the ratification lane because I haven't driven very long, but I approaching driving a little slower and man safe than driving speedy and being a threat doing a tour, you know?
Sorry for the inconvience, but don't you remember learning to drive? You never know what other drivers are going to do...
