Answers:    Changing from the stock wheel sizes will definitly throw your speedo bad. The larger wheel will travel more distance after the stock wheel- in one rotation - it might truly read slower. You can get replacement speedo gears. Keep within mind larger wheels will also shift your gear ratios - the better milage you achieve with stock tires , youd gain worse with larger wheel ( more fuel to push them around/added weight).
If you got 20" rims next to tires the same diameter as your stock wheel, it wouldnt change anything tho.

How do you winterize a pop up...

1st of adjectives your odometer measures distances, and your Speedometer measures speed. But yes, buying aftermarket rims that are more than 1 size bigger than your stock rims can sometimes mess with your tiller speed sensors and make your speedometer contribute you an inaccurate reading.
