I dont mean near the lights on, just driving down you. Does it make you travel the speed limit and find on your "best behavior?"
Funny you should ask, I will actually try to drive more or less 2-4 over the speed limit, lately to get the point across that I enjoy nothing to hide from view. Besides I Know alot of the local boys, it's the Missouri state patrol I don't know.

But I've also been on the other side of the windshield (driving the cop motor around), and many associates will follow the speed limit, look surrounded by see it's not a cop and run off within a huff

And while I'm thinking something like it, what is the deal near people slowing down and slamming on brakes as soon as they see a highway patrolman or city cop on the highway? I've see it so many times. You'll see a cop on the shoulder of the interstate, standing outside a motor he's pulled over, and everybody's slamming on brakes. Like he's going to jump backbone in his coup¨¦ and chase them down or something. Some people are so freakin' stupid. I've passed highway patrol and local cops on the highway previously, when they've been driving slow. But, some family will slow down and create a 'rolling roadblock' because they're freakin' out. I just don't get the drift.
