For my physics class, we need to make balloon powered see cars and there is a prize for best decoration. My balloon vehicle is around 30 cm x 16 cm and made of wood. I can't think of any decorations that wouldn't donate friction, except maybe spray paint. My decoration area is Winnie the Pooh. I would like to stray away from stickers.
