Can't trade my coup¨¦?

In June, I took my car to the Saturn dealership for a routine grease change at 48,000 miles. Well, they put on a strange oil hat that was missing a piece to it. All the grease leaked out of my motor within the subsequent week. They ended up giving me a different engine because mine was toast. Well, it be really nice of them to do that and all, but they put within a rebuilt engine and in a minute I can't sell my motor. I've talked to a friend that's a legal representative and he said they should either buy my sports car for the private party importance or I should sue them. I'm not too crazy about getting sue-happy, but I give attention to I deserve what my car should enjoy been worth. Any thoughts?

Answers:    Why would a rebuild engine keep you from selling your saloon? If anything it should actually catch you a better price.
22,000 miles is still less than 48,000. It's still adding up value to the motor.
It's not like the saloon is a 69 Dodge Charger and matching number on the sports car and engine actually product it more valuable. The motor will never be worth that much money anyway.

If you are that truely worried about it only trade it in on a different car.

Moving from Orlando to Denver?

Well, I would much a bit buy a car beside a rebuilt engine than one near 48K on the clock. But that's just me.
