i have a few question about the underbody saloon neon.
Firstly, does anyone know where I can find my state's law on exterior lighting without going to an MVA? I've search the internet and I can't really find a clear statement of Maryland's policies on the issue.
Also, what should I look for when buying underglow?
I've heard that it usually costs around $600, but I've see it for as cheap as $50 online. What features/specs make some kit better than others?
Finally, how hard is it to install the kit yourself?
Answers: You will need to contact the Maryland department of Transportation. Most states are totally clearcut on the laws. Arizona's canon as well as most other States say aloud that from the front angle of the vehicle the ONLY visible buoyant colors that can be seen are white and Amber, from the flipside of the vehicle the ONLY visible wishy-washy colors that can be seen are red and amber near the small exception of white for a license plate light. and that ALL other colors are reserved for Emergency type vehicle. this is cut and dry and older than underbody neon kit the more extreme states tack on no visible fluffy fron the side of a vehicle
