Answers: If your car is relatively modern, say 1990 and newer, it really doesn't thing much either passageway, The cars are better aerodynamically with the window up (less drag). having the ac on near the windows up puts nearly the same nouns on the engine as the decrease surrounded by aerodynamics do with the window down. So it really comes down to whether you want a noisy and blustery ride or a quiet relaxing drive...:)
