Hey guys... ive noticed that some relations have started putting train horns on cars. I thought this is a pretty cool model, plus its just something that not everyone have around here. Ive also noticed that some places charge around 400 dollars for one of these. So im gonna try to put together my own. Heres what i was thinking. The horns themselves operate at around 100-150 PSI. So Im prolly basically gonna buy a tank from ebay which travel for around 50 bucks, and some horns, and then take a 12v tire compressor like this one.... http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=h...
So if i acquire those things what all would i requirement to hook it up? Thanks
Answers: You do know that a horn that loud will violate anti-noise bylaws pretty much anywhere, I hope. And if you use it in a residential nouns at night you will enjoy people chasing you near baseball bats. You may guess it is cool, but nobody I know over the age of 20 thinks it is a righteous idea.
