Answers: Laws very by state, But i know that in Pennsylvania, once you hit 18 the waiting length no longer applies. You can get your liscense the day after you bring back your permit if you want. (although one must wonder how someone could learn to drive a motor in one day? I indicate it's not like anyone would learn to drive unlawfully with out a liscense, right? lol)
