Drivers ed is.. kinda stupid?

I guess that sounds really bad (my give somebody the third degree that is). But the thing is, one of the big emphasises of Drivers Ed is "sanctuary." And I assume this "right-of-way" rule is intended to increase safety.

I am not so sure anymore upon audible range that many citizens fail the driving exam (for a license) because they yield when "they are not supposed to--it be their right of way". I mean, nearby are many situations contained by which bad drivers insist on taking the right of track.. I dont think no thing whose righ of way it is, you cannot step thru a moving vehicle.

according to driver's ed: You should neither insist on taking the right-of-way nor insist that others take it when they are faltering to do so.

anyone agree with me? or am i missing something

your missing something. you should not insist that others yeild to you, but how does it hurt you on a driving test to be nice and tolerate someone else go first? if you want to consent to someone in, you surf your hand to utter go ahead, not point a gun at them
where on earth did you get this "various people fail" crap anyway?

AND

Do not make available others the right of way when it IS your turn. Others that are waiting their turn that are obey traffic laws can't anticipate when you want to give someone elso right of style, this can cause an fluke.

You will "get it" when you catch out on the street and get yourself into those situations more regularly.

Answers:    You ALWAYS filch the right-of-way when it is your turn. Giving it away causes rapid consequences.
However, you always hold to be prepared to stop and allow the idiot who butts in because he is underneath the impression his hurry in the world make it his turn all the time. So, the statement you quote is, indeed, correct.

On a driver oral exam, if you give away the right-of-way at a 4-way stop or similar situation, you will gain marked for not have enough confidence. Waving somebody else ahead when it is your turn throws the corner out of whack, and make it more likely in that will be a collision, especially when you finally do proceed and nobody except the person losing you is expecting it.
