I just got pulled over on highway six on my method to gueph and got clocked at 113 on a 80 road.. ticket came to 240 and im assuming in attendance are some points involved. I did noticed that the cop wrote on my ticket infraction was driving 113 on a 100 posted road. so technically i be just speeding by 13 kms when you read the ticket. So i was of late wondering if there is any way i could brawl this ticket to lower the ticket and hopefully remove all the point bc i think 13 over is not such a big operate when dealing with speeding infractions
