heres the story:
last week my scooter run out of oil, so i chock-a-block it up and tryed to start, as i was driving down the street it would slow down and after stop.. it only go up to 25-30k and then it will slow down and stop whats occurring??

Answers: Sounds close to your engine seized. Riding with no grease isn't a good article. You need to capture it to a shop.
