do you know how poeple get those liscence plates that have an EXT on them? I'm not conversation about police or state patrol, or city vehicles or any of that. i'm conversation about something like a woman with a dress on driving a nice benz, with exempt plates. how did she catch those? the city don't use mercedes for their fleet vehicles. anyone got any design?
