How do you build a moped?

I actually want to build one, yeah I know its alot of work but it's not really work if you savour it. I'm a sculpture major so I can find my hands on pretty much adjectives the tools that I would need, I only have to buy the parts. I've looked around for books movies but I haven't found anything really adjectives.

My current one have a 4hp Diesel engine in it, The frame pieces are adjectives made, but not welded together, and my wheel are done.

do what i did, run an old bike, put a small briggs and stratton motor on it, horizontal shaft, route the accelerator to where on earth one side's brake used to be, and go from in that.
