How to find instructions for use of police radar?

I'm looking for instructions how to use properly a police radar.
The type is Genesis Directional S/N GHD-01734. I found a lot of stores
that are selling it and adjectives sorts of specifications, but not actual
instructions.
There must be some minimum time required to detect and identify a
vehicle.
Can somebody direct me to the manual that local police comonly use for
this purpouse?

What problems does running oversized rims/tires impose?

Answers:    LIke the previous posters do an internet scrabble (best option) or go to your local library.

However, if your argument is that the police officer did not use the part correctly, be aware that the department that this officer works for should have required that officer to attend a course approved by the assembly to learn how to appropriately operate the device. I enunciate this because no department is stupid enough to spend thousands of dollars, or more per component, in equipment to use to enforce speed law and not have their officer take an appropriate course to swot up how to work the device. I doubt that argument will stand up in court, and adjectives the officer would have to do is indicate to the court he is certified to operate such equipment.

You hold a better bet to ask for calibration records of the section, as they may be a little lax contained by conducting these tests as required by the entrepreneur, and you may have a slim arbitrary of beating the rap.

In reading your post further, I see you may use an argument of all along miminum time to get a reading, but surrounded by reality these unit take but a split second to acquire a reading. Keep in mind newer radar unit are very sophisticated as they can test speed of objects moving to and away from(depending where it's mounted on the vehicle) the section and can distinguish objects moving faster vs. slower (thereby giving the speed of the faster moving object, no business the size of the object).

Best of luck to you!
