Lemon Law sound out?

If a vehicle was bought brand new surrounded by 2004, and right after purchasing it, drip marks of some sort of fluid started to appear on the driveway and was brought within, supposetly fixed, and then it happens again another 5 times.

The marketer (because it is under warranty) supposetly fixed one problem, but when it goes stern in, they say, "oh, presently it's this, we think."
They never seem to pin point as to where on earth the leak is actually coming from.

4yrs next, STILL a drip marks appears.

How many times is a vehicle considered a lemon, to qualify for the lemon decree and how does it all work?
You get a unmarked vehicle the same year, obviously it wouldn't be brand tentative, or a 2008 model??

Each state different?

Will this finally shut my friend up?

Fluids are identifiable. Aside of your states lemon law, I would find a new mechanic.
Lemon laws lone apply to SAFETY related problems, and if it's been going on for four years, it's obviously NOT a malfunction that relates to safety, or has required your vehicle to be out of service for extended period while repairs were attempted.

Your little drip would come under the category of bind, rather than dangerous. Have you even determined what it is that's dripping? Oil? Water? Transmission Fluid?
