Lets stop USING BP and Shell Petrol Stations?

With petrol prices now going over the pound a litre, and NO sign of any protest, why dont we are motorists stop using the 2 biggest suppliers of fuel - Shell and BP. The one method of trying to get companies to decrease prices to to stop using these companies and just use the Supermarket, in the past long Shell and BP will start to lose money, and then it will hit in that profits which in the long possession will mean a tip out in prices. Everyone I know own already started using BP and Shell and in the nouns I live other people are presently only using Supermarkets, if we adjectives did it through out the UK, how long would it be, before BP and Shell started seeing a hole within there profits.
