The pileup is mainly one blamed on winter whiteout conditions, that left drivers blinded and resulted in a 100+ motor pileup along Highway 400.

There were no life threatening injures reported but more than 50 associates were taking to nearby hospitals.

Whats a dutiful tuner vehicle to start...

Answers:    Anyone who go above...or even NEAR...the speed limit in a blizzard is a moron.

If anyone at hand actually was speeding, and it really be whiteout conditions (or even if just the snow blowing from a passing vehicle was causing small whiteouts), after I think it's highly credible that speeding was a factor.

2 second rule applies here, too. If you can't see 2 second in front of you, you're going too speedily.

But you can't use that fact to justify setting speed margins low for all conditions. A road that might be safe at 30 mph contained by a blizzard could be safe at 100 miles per hour in the middle of the summer.
