Please can someone recommend me a car(s)?

Looking for something in a two-seater sports car, within the price and size range of a Mitsubishi FTO. I have see lots of these and they're perfect for my needs but would similar to an idea of what the possible competition is- I don't want to have tunnel delusion when buying.

Is there anything like this that isn't Japanese? I'd resembling something that leaves itself open to performance (not cosmetic) modification but that doesn't enjoy ridiculous fuel figures. UK only please.

Thanks!

How do you convert a horizontal shaft...

MG TF is a sound vehicle, shame about the company that built it.

If you want a roof, that only really leaves the Alfa Romeo GTV that's European. For Cache and driving experince, that seem like a nice idea. Boy racers don't appear to go for them too so you won't look like a spanner. Might hold to use one though.

Adding headers?

bmw z3m, bmw z4, audi tt, impreza, honda s2000.

The camera on the trafic standard lamp...

Answers:    To be honest, My g/f's Dad owns an FTO and he is a twit and he owns one of the closing few built on a Y reg.
All the other people that own them are japs and chinese boy 'ricers' and a few rookie drug dealers.

The competition beside them are Fiat coupe's and Toyota MR2's.
MR2's are better if you can find a low mileage unthrased one.
Otherwise you could think about going for a Honda Prelude coupe...

forget the s2000 Honda, within was a 2001 one model which revved up like 9000rpm!! incredible!!
i.e. the only one to go for if you buy s2000!

I would reccomend going for a Honda integra Type R or a Civic Type R if you approaching the look of them.

If you want something cheap. a rover 220 coupe - thay are mad!!

Could I otherwise reccomend to you the Toyota Celica GT4??
Thats a real nice saloon 95/96 platesi think they are on!

Maybe a Mazda RX7 or a Toyota Supra??!!

Ford racing edition puma is a nice motor... bland cos it ford but it's a whole lot if fun..

Otherwise, look at German marques - they are genuine cars!
Go for a 328i sport coupe M3 lookalike!! it's goning to piss on a fto.

Better than a Fiat coupe - go for a alfa coupe GTV!

The Honda S2000 is fantastic, revs and revs, just keep going, fantastic fun, don't buy anything without trying one of these first
EVO 4!!

Manual and auto problem?

While the Honda S2000 is a cracking sports sports car, I'm guessing your price range for an FTO is around the lb3,000-lb5,000 region, which isn't anywhere near ample for an S2000, and will only get you a enormously old and probably knackered Mitsbishi Evo.
I'd suggest you look at a Fiat Coupe Turbo, Alfa Romeo GTV Coupe V6, Porsche 944 S2, or even a VW Corrado VR6, any of which can be found in deeply good nick contained by that price range, and all of which will run and obscure from an FTO in standard trim, especially the Fiat.

Directions via train/taxi/bus NJ - NY?

Honda S 2000 is a cracking little sportster.
And as always, the Mazda MX5 is other in the running.
I know you dont really fancy a Japanese model, but can you afford to repair the others when they break down...?

After 15,000,000 V-TEC engines being made, just 1 has ever been returned to Honda. They,re almost bulletproof...!
