I was recently involved surrounded by a car accident because of a blown out tire. The police come and gave me a ticket stating that i was messed up to stay within lane. He mentioned on the police report that it was inattentive instead of vehicle defective. I hold passengers on board that can prove that the tire blew out which cause me to lose control and crash my car, not because i wasn't paying attention. My court date is soon and what should i do?, the police report is written stating the above and i dont have an idea that they can change it. What should i do? is there anyway for me to overpower the ticket?
