Both of those could offer you 50hp with the right tune. Then here is the LT4 head swap near will give you another 20hp at the cost of around $750, or of late swapping the intake manifold to a LT4 will grant you extra hp for $470.
You really are not going to pay deeply of money till you get into stroker kit which go for around $1200 and even consequently that cheaper then most.
