What would you do? Parking Issue?

I live in a newer residential nouns - the city has maximize the number of homes in an nouns and minimized the width of the roads as much as they can carry away with. So here's the problem:
To grasp to my home, you have to enter bad the main road road a t-intersection. On an almost day by day basis, the individual living on the corner of the t-intersection insists on parking his huge pick up truck right after you enter the intersection. Effectively, anyone turning vanished cannot see anyone turning right off the intersection near this truck parked where it is. Those turning rotten the main road into the intersection hold to turn wide any way because this motor is parked so close to the intersection. If there's an oncoming car neither can see and beside the roads being so slippery there's the potential that an quirk can happen.
I call the city and they are unable to aid. What do you suggest? I was thinking to move a note on this dude's windshield asking him open-handedly to not park there..

Speeding ticket!?

Answers:    in good health, I guess you can't do much in this situation. If the city supervision is not able to oblige it means that parking surrounded by that particular spot is not prohibited. You can try departure a note for the vehicle owner but I'm sure if he have a better place to park he would park somewhere else.

What year did the speedometer within cars...

I don't understand...the city can't give a hand? They have no ordinance on parking too close to intersections, or on verbs obstructions creating an unsafe driving condition? Hard for me to believe. Here surrounded by Wichita, we have community policing officer who deal near these things and many other problems, directly, one on one next to citizens...after all, you are paying taxes, right? Call the cops, enjoy the beat officer come by and discuss it beside him. I'm betting there's a violation nearby somewhere...K ;o)
