Using standard metrics, the HCH have better front legroom, but in the other dimensions you ask for the Prius is larger.
However, you would do better to embezzle a test drive within each and see how you individually would fit/feel within each vehicle... (For example, the elder NHW11 sedan Prius and the current hatchback NHW20 Prius have matching rear headroom specs, but oodles tall relatives feel that here is less headroom and own to slouch in the NHW20 because of the curiously sloping roof (which doesn't happen within the NHW11).
