Answers: We checked when my eldest son was 19 and state tend won out by a long shot. However, we had other cars insured, plus our house as economically so we got a discount for multiple accounts. He also get a good student discount and a discount for him taking driving module. Geico didn't offer these discounts. If you walk to http://www.progressive.com they will give you a quote and narrate you the three best prices.
