So yeah basically what it say above...have a saloon for about 3 months immediately and i keep have to renew the temporary plate because the dealership didnt draw from the title from bank but...are they even suppose to sell a motor if they dont even have papers for it?...i dont see why i even enjoy to pay for insurance its not my plate..same entry with payments...place is embarrassing..any ideas on what i can do because im starting to hand over up and no clues what to do. i either get hold of told they cant do anything about it and hold to wait for guard or i just find hung up on...should i try to give the motor back?...would i bring my down payment and payments i made so far put money on?..get a advocate?...sigh..help?!

In Texas, the vendor has 21 days to take the car registered to you. They may enjoy a problem with getting you financed, hence, the question in the first paragraph.
What State are you within? In Texas, registrations are done by the local taxing authority - county tax organization. You might check with them to see if the sports car has be transferred. If not, I think I would christen your State's Attorney Generals office. They can communicate you who regulates the car dealer in your State and I would bring action!
