At the end of the day how do you intend to prevent such crimes, lug the vehicles off them? fine them? put them contained by jail? ban them? donate points to thier licence- if they have one?

Im sure that are millions if not billions of driving offence that go un-noticed everyday, from the little to the serious criminal activities. But unless we start creating super-hero-cops , i dont see a legitimate solution lol

On here you may own noticed in no reproach accidents some of the at fault drivers be in motion into intimidation mode. I suspect that they are either uninsured or have such a discouraging record they know their premium will be sky high because they enjoy lost theri no claims bonus
