I have this vehicle (Dodge Neon) that has be parked on my property for seven years. The car be left near because it would not start. After it sat in that for a year i looked at it one day and discovered that the simply problem was a disconncted lead. I start the car on occasion to keep it running. The individual that was buying the vehicle left the state shortly after he forget the car and i cannot win ahold of him. I am from Texas and i need to know what i can do to gain the car put within my name and carry a title for it.
