My college carpark is also very busy and full up but especially on thursdays and this is the day adjectives the teachers come in so they whip up lots of are spaces, even though they have there own seperate saloon park.
So today i came in and as usual in attendance was no where to park, so i go into thr teachers car park and i enjoy been fined lb80 for parking there! And it say if i dont pay that I will go to court. Its crazy i dont own that kind of money.
That it is ridiculous! If you are forced to go to court remember to bring up the point that teachers are not person fined for parking in the student lots.

my school is very similar, however i own gotten around this problem with not using a pass by not registering my vehicle with the parking services. you live in the UK i assume? If they hold a parking services place and if they give you a pass for a individual tag number then travel in and register a different tag number for your vehicle, when they run the pass number to find your tags they will ticket you, but put no holds on your tale. However this one wont work if the govt. is backing the school and you hold to go to court as you mention.
