I was surrounded by the left lane and here was a mini van surrounded by the middle lane, there be another car on the right lane that he be going really fast and the mini van tried to avoid the guy on the right lane completed up getting into my lane and hitting my car. the police come and there be a witness saying that he saw the sports car going fast, so the police made the report, and in a minute the mini van's insurance doesnt, i think the one and only one is not guilty in this disaster is me, so the have to money me am i right or wrong ?? please i would really appriciate your opinion...
