I was recently surrounded by a car accident (I be at a stop light and I was hit from down from a car going 60mph) needless to voice I have been within pretty severe pain from my back to my d¨¦colletage and having to go to physical therepy 4 times per week. I hold a lawyer on this case to be exact going to take care of everything including the settlement. I be talking to my parents about the settlement soon and they tried to tell me that whatever the settlement amount comes out to, that the money would be theirs because the sports car is in their name. I be outraged. They are not the ones who were injured and having to turn to physical therepy 4 times per week. Would the money be theirs since the car is in their describe??
