My friend owns a car that is within his name and the insurance is in his dub. His parents drive the car and are listed on the insurance, but he does not live at that address. Can he seize in trouble for this?
If his parents are regular/frequent drivers of his vehicle they SHOULD be listed on the policy. No biggie in that.
Their address does not have to be listed on the policy.
Only HIS address where on earth the vehicle is garaged at night.
