Auto insurance PIP claim HELP?

I was surrounded by a small accident that at the time I thought I be fine until 3 days later I started to own pain within my back finally after 6 days I couldn't nick it any more and whent to the E.R and later followed up next to a Dr that did an MRI and says that he is seeing degeneration of the spine (HUH) I enjoy never had support pain.

Sounds close to the accident exacerbated an already preexisting condition. The insurance will singular pay if the degeneration resulting within back distress was cause directly by the accident, not for a condition that existed prior to it.
