I live in illinois. My huband be hit by a 90 year old woman making a vanished turn into a shopping center. She struck our vehicle at it's side. The police assured us the accident be the womans fault. So the problem is we own no insurance, and her insurance (american famliy) is saying that the catastrophe is not completely her fault and will lone cover 80% of damages and medical care. The company is anyone extremely rude. On the police report the woman is listed as a primary rationale and there's no secondary impose. We dont know if our vehicle is totaled but if not the damages are costly and my husband have been seeing a chiropractor. also our kids be in the motor and they said they'll cover their med bills 100 percent b/c they were passenger. What do you think of this? Any experience.
