Auto fluke other insurance company requirements me to sign a release?

I have this examine in to my insurance company also, but it other takes longer to carry a response. I was contained by an accident contained by May in Washington state. There be no police report filed because the fluke happened out of cell phone coverage areas. The other driver is conflict the at fault even though he hit me on my passenger side while trying to miss me over a double yellow stripe while i was turning. The overnight case is beyond the insurance now and imperfection is being approved.
I had more or less $1000 worth of damage to my vehicle, but my husband and I both have have to go to chiropractic support since. I recently stopped though since I don't want to do business with an attorney.
The other insurance company have been trying to bring back me to sign release papers and get updates on my medical information. I told them today I am not unfolding them anything, they can talk to my insurance. Are they self shady? Or do they have the right to push for my information? Isn't that why I money my insurance?

Car misfortune put somebody through the mill...please...

Answers:    If you want the other company to pay you later you HAVE to release medical records. No release -- no check. If you want your insurance company to toy with the claim just enunciate so. Then you do not have to business with the other company directly.

Can I sue this mechanic?

Your insurance company should be dealing near this, but if the release is ONLY to get medical info, it might be okay to sign, but I still wouldn't. Contact your isnurance agent right away, within person, and show him/her the release form. And don't permit them put you off, you wage the insurance company plenty to take safekeeping of this stuff, make them do their position.
