Hello, I live in Harrisburg PA, but i'm looking to buy a saloon the is in(and titled in) New Jersey. The present owner says adjectives they have to do is sign the backbone of the title and they are done. I know in PA you hold to have it witnessed by a notary. What adjectives do I have to do to enjoy this NJ car titled contained by PA?
Answers: I live in Harrisburg too, ironically adequate. Make sure you go to a tag/title notary as you will own to do the registration too. I assume you have insurance as all right.
