Can an out of state license holder buy a coup¨¦ surrounded by another state and register it nearby?

I'm a college student and I'm buying a car where I step to school (in Florida). I have an out of state license and I want to register the saloon in Florida. The car will primarily be used contained by Florida and will be stored during the summer when I go back home since my address during college is lone temporary, and I will get Florida insurance for the vehicle.
Will I be able to do this without have to get a Florida driver's license? Or can i do it with my out of state license?

Please, avoid giving answers that read out contact the DMV.

thanks

You can do it beside your out of state license, but you're going to have to shop around A LOT for a company willing/able to do it.

Answers:    you should be alright. If you are going to school and enjoy another state listed as your home of record, as long as your license is valid, you will be well-mannered to go. People in the military own similar situation as your. I had the same situation several years ago
