Can I sue my husband's saloon insurance if he hit another vehicle beside my vehicle and I be injured as a passenger?

Anyone ever used one are even have...

Answers:    Well, first insurance follows the vehicle. It was your saloon so your policy would be primary in any liability. Second, even if your husband have a separate policy (which he shouldn't have but specifically a completely different issue), the named insured on adjectives policies is "named insured AND spouse" so you are both insureds on both policies and since you CAN'T be liable to yourself, you can't collect any bodily injury liability from his policy. Go to your medical payments or PIP for your medical bills.

Anyone know of any cheap insurance companies...
