1; driver having a rampage and totaling lots autos in a parking lot; the drivers company may find that this human being having the rampage be in an "intentional act" and could deny adjectives claims;
2; due to the numerous cars totaled, this guy may not have plenty coverage to pay for adjectives of the autos;
3; call your insurance company and find out what benevolent of coverage you have; if you enjoy collision, your company will pay for your totaled vehicle minus your deductible; if you have uninsured coverage, it will wages for your auto if the other company denys; if you have underinsured property mischief, it will take the excess if the other company does not enjoy enough coverage; ie; your motor is worth 5K; the other company has 10K; the total amount for adjectives cars total 18K, so not enough; if they pay packet you 3k, then your company would earnings 2K difference;
as for all the addtl fees and taxes etc, it is doubtful you could sue for that; especially if your company handle or the other company; basically if you are purchasing another vehicle, you would own to pay those fees yourself, but immediately, due to the auto accident, you must do it sooner; i know it does not nouns fair; if surrounded by doubt, ask your insurance company or call small claims court and ask them if they hold ever seen someone sue for the addtl expenses
